购票须知：

北京古观象台位于东城区建国门立交桥西南角，请您安排好参观行程。

本网站可购买北京古观象台7日内（包含当日）的参观门票，每单限额6张。每张证件号码可预约1人，且每天限约1次。请所有人（包括老人、幼儿等优惠人群也需预约参观门票）。可接受团队预约，严禁团队在馆内开展讲解活动。

古台开放时间：周一、周三至周日9:00-16:30（16：00停止入馆），周二例行闭馆（国家法定节假日除外）。

请提前实名预约购票，并配合填写姓名、身份证件及号码、联系电话等信息。请根据参观日期购票，预购的参观票按票面日期当日有效。

符合古观象台票价免费及优惠政策的人群，可选择优惠票或免费票，取票、检票时需携带相关证件配合检查。

预约购票成功后，购买成人票、优惠票的人群可凭身份证或二维码入馆，购买免费票的人群须同时持符合免费优惠政策的的相关证件到人工窗口取票。

退票须知：本站“查看订单”中可对未核验的门票申请退票，普通参观门票，请在预约的参观时段结束前30分钟以上申请退票；活动票，退票时限以活动通知为准。超过退票时限或已核验的门票，无特殊情况恕不退换。

参观时须全程佩戴口罩，与他人保持安全距离。

疫情防控期间，当遇到馆内人员密度较大时，将根据具体情况采取控制入馆速度等措施，敬请谅解。

Ticket Instructions:

The Beijing Ancient Observatory is located at the southwest corner of the Jianguomen Overpass in Dongcheng District. Please plan your visit accordingly.

This website allows the purchase of admission tickets to the Beijing Ancient Observatory within 7 days (including the current day), with a limit of 6 tickets per order. Each ID number can be used to book for 1 person, and is limited to 1 booking per day. All visitors (including the elderly, young children, and other discounted groups) are required to reserve tickets in advance. Group reservations are accepted, but conducting guided tours within the museum is strictly prohibited.

Opening hours of the Ancient Observatory: 9:00-16:30 (last admission at 16:00), closed on Tuesdays.

Please book tickets in advance under your real name, and provide your name, ID document and number, contact phone number, and other relevant information. Purchase tickets according to your planned visit date; pre-purchased tickets are valid only on the date printed on the ticket.

Visitors who are eligible for free or discounted ticket policies at the Ancient Observatory can choose discounted or free tickets. Please bring relevant documents for verification when collecting tickets and upon admission.

After successfully booking tickets, visitors who purchased adult or discounted tickets can enter the museum using their ID card or QR code. Those who purchased free tickets must bring relevant documents that comply with the free ticket policy to the ticket office to collect their tickets.

Refund policy: Ticket refunds for unverified tickets can be requested through the "View Order" section on this website. For regular admission tickets, please apply for a refund at least 30 minutes before the end of your scheduled visit time slot. For event tickets, refund deadlines are subject to the event notification. Tickets that have exceeded the refund deadline or have already been verified cannot be refunded or exchanged, except under special circumstances.
